Q1. What is the MOQ for OEM water filter production?
It depends on the category: standard PP/CTO cartridges are negotiable, Everpure-compatible and custom housings start at 500 pcs, RO membranes at 200 pcs, complete systems at 50 pcs. Private-label branding (logo printing, custom packaging) typically starts at 500 pcs per model.
Q2. Can you manufacture water filters under my brand?
Yes — private label is our core business. We handle logo printing on the housing (laser or thermal), custom packaging design, barcodes, multi-language labels, and user manuals. You receive retail-ready branded products.
Q3. Do you offer custom mold tooling for new filter housing designs?
Yes — custom mold tooling is one of our core capabilities. We design and build injection molds in-house for filter housings, filter heads, and cartridge shells. Mold cost depends on complexity (typically $3,000–$15,000). Typical timeline: mold design 5–7 days, mold fabrication 25–35 days, first article samples within 40 days from drawing approval.
Q4. What types of custom filter housings can you manufacture?
We produce big blue housings (10" and 20"), standard slim housings, clear/transparent housings, high-flow commercial housings, stainless steel housings, and FRP pressure vessels. Materials include food-grade PP, ABS, SAN (for clear units), and 304/316 stainless steel. All housings are pressure-tested to 1.5× rated working pressure.
Q5. Can you make Everpure-compatible replacement cartridges?
Yes. We manufacture drop-in replacements for all major Everpure models including H-300, H-104, H-54, 4C, 4FC, MC², i2000, and i4000. These fit standard Everpure head units and meet the same filtration specs at 30–50% lower cost.
Q6. How long does OEM production take?
Standard cartridges: 15-20 days. Custom housings with existing mold: 15-20 days. New mold projects: 35-45 days (includes mold fabrication). Complete RO systems: 30-40 days. We provide exact timelines after reviewing your specs.
